Project Description: Construction was completed on the Back of House (BOH) facilities which included Architectural & Interior Design of all BOH Spaces including: Security and Surveillance, Team Dining, Slot Repair Rooms, Telecommunications, Wardrobe and Laundry, HR and Training, Accounting, Marketing, Green Rooms and Kitchen Receiving areas. Additionally, PAI has designed the Executive Offices and provided all Interior Design services for these spaces which are located in the 15-story Hotel which is adjacent to the Aqua Caliente Casino.

The Resort consists of 100 all- suite accommodations which include wood-burning fireplaces and end units with built in spas overlooking spectacular views of the valley below.
Project Description: Completed full service from schematic design through construction administration for the new 12,000 SF Ballroom building which has a 6,000 SF ballroom divisible into four smaller spaces of 1,500 sq. ft. A full banquet kitchen was included in the project. The new facilities will have enhanced outdoor spaces to compliment the present campus experience including a new event lawn. The architecture from the existing hotel to the new ballroom partition will be seamless as we retain the present Tuscan theme.
Project Description: PAI was selected Architects for the renovation and additions to this classic 30 year old Resort & Spa formally operated by the Marriott Corporation. The new owners purchased the resort and committed to a multi-million dollar phased construction project which occurred in 2007 & 2008. This renovation involved renovations of the entire 440 room property, a new fine dining restaurant, a market place Café, upgrades to the Spa, renovations to retail shops as well as a new Lazy River / Water Slide attraction with a zero-entry sand beach. In 2011 an additional phase of renovation occurred and included full renovation of the Spa Retail Store, the expansion of the small and aging Fitness Center into a new Fitness and Aerobics Room nearly twice as large, and numerous renovations to the Resort’s Casual Dining facilities. In 2012 the Resort was sold to the Omni Hotel organization.

The major multi-million dollar expansion was completed in 1989 with the addition of 350 rooms, a 15,000 SF Ballroom, Plaza Retail Shops, two new restaurants and administration offices.
