Project Description: Renovation & additions development plans were completed for this new 4,000 sq ft. Fitness Center and Dining Room Bar Tower addition to the existing Clubhouse. A unique feature of the Fitness Center is that it has been designed with a 25-yard lap pool and a water aerobics activity area, along with the Bar Tower, each has been designed to view the golf course and the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains.
Project Description: Provided full design services for the renovation and upgrading of the golf clubhouse using a design/build construction delivery system. ADA issues were addressed and a new entrance was designed to provide access to the club. The Entry Foyer was re-designed as well as the Main Dining Room and Bar/Lounge. The Men’s Locker Room was also updated. The outdoor patio was expanded and a trellis with heaters/misters was designed adjacent to a new fire pit.
Project Description: PAI was retained for Conceptual Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 16,000 sq. ft. Mediterranean style golf clubhouse which showcases the 18-hole golf course of Indian Springs Golf & Country Club. The clubhouse has full amenities for public use as well as a private dining room with overall seating for 144 patrons. The balcony faces the 18th green and features a large fire pit that overlooks the distant snow capped San Jacinto Mountains.
Project Description: Conceptual, Design Development and Construction Documentation for this new 13,500 sq. ft., 2-story clubhouse which has a 6,000 sq. ft. subterranean cart storage facility and a 7,500 sq. ft. main floor with dining services and full service Golf Shop operations. The project was built on the site of the former 50-year old Canyons South Golf Course and was designed to introduce subtle hints of architectural elements reminiscent of the Palm Springs Mid-Century Modern movement in the 1950s.
Project Description: Lost Canyons is located at the base of the White Caulk Mountains in Simi Valley, CA., 30 minutes north of LAX. The 20,000 SF California ranch inspired clubhouse sits on 240 acres adjacent to where Little House On The Praire was filmed. The property was developed around 2 pete dye 18 hole “target” golf courses. The cart barn and maintenance facility fit into this rural campus golf club.
Project Description: The SCPGA Development Project consists of a 33,000 SF full service Golf Clubhouse and Learning Complex, a 17,000 sq ft. Corporate SCPGA Office Building, a 12,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Facility, a Halfway House and Course Comfort Stations to serve the two Schmidt Curley designed 18-hole courses which has hosted many qualifying tournaments. The property has since been sold to the Morongo Indian tribe.
Project Description: PAI produced Conceptual Design and Construction Documentation for the two-story, 22,000 square foot Golf Clubhouse, 9,000 square foot Maintenance Facility and Comfort Stations for this 36-hole Schmidt Curley designed course. The Club was the home of the Toyota/Conagra Foods Skin’s Game from 1999 through 2002.
Project Description: PAI was engaged by the Board of Directors of Eldorado County Club to design a new lower level dining venue based around a more casual dining experience. This was to be a place that members could go and enjoy a less formal atmosphere while still receiving a full menu from the newly designed Kitchen facility. With an emphasis of casual dining, the design evolved into the indoor/outdoor experience with sliding glass doors that opened the interior of the dining room to the outside covered patio complete with an Equinox operable roof system, heaters/misters, fans, speakers and LED lighting.
Project Description: Full Interior renovation of the 30,000 SF clubhouse plus a 3,500 sf addition for a new private dining venue which opens up into a theater seating 200 for movie nights. Exterior operable roof structure for shaded outdoor dinning. Now conference rooms. New porte cochere entry with increased vehicular lanes. Along with a new ground up detached fitness center.
Project Description: Oak Quarry Golf Club is a public 18-hole course carved out of a former rock quarry. The Clubhouse was constructed on a ledge overlooking easterly views of the valley below. The Clubhouse is 11,000 SF with a detached 5,000 SF cart storage building. Clubhouse has a full cooking Kitchen with required ancillary space. Other amenities include full service locker rooms and a well-stocked Pro Shop which is able to be secured for afterhour’s use of the indoor Dining Room.
